The SoTL Accelerator is not just a program. It is a launchpad. It was designed to move ideas from hallway conversations to peer reviewed publications, and we believe the program itself should be held to the same scholarly standards we encourage in our participants. We share these publications openly because transparency strengthens trust. Each study provides insight into what works, what requires refinement, and how structured faculty development can cultivate durable scholarly momentum rather than short lived bursts of activity. The SoTL Accelerator continues to evolve, informed by systematic assessment and ongoing participant feedback.
